TRACKING
Once your order is processed, our system will send a shipping confirmation e-mail, which will include courier service along with tracking number.

REFUNDS
We aim to handle your returns as promptly as possible. Once product(s) are received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used in original transaction. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Customers who wish to return their products to Mystery Modern Mark will have to cover the cost of shipping. This cost will be refunded immediately after they receive their new shipment.
